At Iternal, LASER Team doesn’t maintain the relationship with the customer. The Iternal Technologies LASER Team grows the relationship, deepens the connections, and expands our partnership with every customer to ensure their continued success.

LASER Team provides leadership, advocates on behalf of the customer to the Iternal Technologies team, develops solutions, provides assistance in execution, and delivers results for our customers. The LASER Team also innovates new applications of the Iternal Software platform by collaborating with our customers to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, and translate into actionable solutions.

Meet your LASER Team

LASER Team Captain (Leader)

The LASER Team Captain is responsible for leading the team of people at Iternal who engage with a customer. All other roles on the LASER Team will report into the LASER Team captain.

LASER Technical Leader / Engineering Liaison

The LASER Technical Leader or Engineering Liaison functions as a Technical and Engineering expert who also has a strong understanding of how the technology functions within a customer’s workflow, business use case, or organizational environment. This leader is capable of directly working with customer IT as needed to facilitate solution roll-out, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and also capable of functioning as a software engineer who can at times undertake customer specific feature requirements in collaboration with Iternal’s Design and Product teams to deliver to the customer.

LASER Educator / Technical Support

This person functions as a trainer and someone who can provide support to the customer’s broader employee base as the technology is rolled out. Often this will come in the form of demonstrations, workshops, Q&As, documentation, and other methods for knowledge transfer.

LASER Team Analyst

Takes the experiences had with the customer working through the Rollout process and translates into actionable intelligence for other parts of the org (functioning as connective tissue between functional parts of LASER)

Professional Services – Job Descriptions

For work on behalf of Customer that requires Iternal team members to provide professional services, the following expertise is available. Please see the attached Price List Attachment for rates.

Job Title: Director of Engineering Services, Professional Services

General Experience:

Three (3) years of technical experience in software engineering and systems engineering. Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods. In addition requires competence in writing custom client solutions based on business use cases and workflows. Knowledge of available hardware, system software, input/output devices, and structure and management practices is required. Additional knowledge of programming abstractions, concepts and techniques is required.

Functional Responsibility:

The Director of Engineering is responsible for working with customers to gather requirements for deployment, advise the client on alternative hardware/software configurations and to deploy Iternal’s solutions into these environments. In addition, is responsible for overseeing the work of Core Services Engineers and managing larger deployment project plans. Finally, the Director of Engineering is responsible for coding customizations as per the client’s request and working with the client to integrate these customizations into their deployment. The Director of Engineering is responsible for small to large sized deployments in both the customization and deployment roles.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and three (3) years of relevant experience as required. Masters and PhD preferred.

Job Title: Core Services Engineer, Professional Services

General Experience:

Two (2) years of technical experience which applies to systems analysis/engineering and deployment of complex computer systems. Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods; also requires knowledge of available hardware, system software, input/output devices, and structure and management practices.

Functional Responsibility:

The Core Services Engineer is responsible for working with customers to gather requirements for deployment, advise the client on alternative hardware/software configurations and to deploy Iternal‘s solutions into these environments. The Core Services Engineer is usually responsible for small to medium size deployments.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or two (2) years of relevant experience as required.

Job Title: ILIM Certified LASER Team PM (Implementation Program Manager), Professional Services

General Experience:

Two (2) years of technical experience which applies to systems analysis/engineering and deployment of complex computer systems. Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods; also requires knowledge of available hardware, system software, input/output devices, and structure and management practices. Finally formal experience in product and/or project management.

Functional Responsibility:

The Implementation Program Manager is responsible for working with customers to gather requirements for deployment, advise the client on alternative hardware/software configurations and to coordinate deployments of Iternal Technologies’ solutions into these environments with other services organizations and the customer’s internal engineering staff.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or two (2) years of relevant experience as required.

 

Job Title: LASER Team Captain  (Principal Solutions Consultant), Professional Services

General Experience:

7+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale, IT or technical or engineering programs and projects with, in some cases, 3 years of experience of transformation initiatives, technology implementation, and /or SaaS based software solutions or equivalent experience

Functional Responsibility:

The LASER Team Captain is responsible for enacting meaningful Business Transformation by joining the Customer’s world with the breakthrough technology developed by Iternal Technologies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor who gains a deep understanding of client strategic priorities, key business objectives and assists them in realizing these objectives.
  • Drive client education of Iternal Technologies software and foster new ways/use cases that enable them to maximize the platform’s value
  • Leading the Customer Lifecycle (customer onboarding & implementation, through adoption, enablement, and renewal achievement). Maintain long-term perspective and vision for how Iternal becomes fully integrated into the customer’s business processes
  • Leverage a data driven approach maximizing Iternal’s value to the Customer by quantifying decisions with available telemetry data & analytics, sharing of best practices, addressing business questions, accelerating the customer journey, delivering frictionless deployment, ensuring our customers capture the full potential and sustainable business advantages of Iternal’s software

 

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
